107. I am so tired of hearing about these inmature, spoiled rich celebrities.... what a wasted life! Those kids really should have been taken away from her.. I just hope K Fed can give them a safe stable life... and if not? The Judge should remove them and put them in foster care. Hopefully, Britney will wake up. She needs to grow up and stop thinking of me, me , me and start thinking of her kids! One day she will mature (if she lives that long) and realize how stupid and selfish she has been.

110. Kaplan is a ruthless attorney--I could see real problems for Britney when Federline hired him but--he has no business commenting on what went on with or without Baretto's
(Britney's ex-body guard) statements. Gloria Allred is an excellent defense attorney and
she does not make statements without backing them up. Who are we to say what kind of
father Federline is? You don't see mannies and or nannies, ex-body guards and house-
keepers coming forward with accusations of him being an unfit parent.

111. Okay so does it occurr to anyone but me that Ms.Alred is an attention freak who seems to have to insinuate herself in any scandla that she can make money off of. And I do most sincerely hope that they press and the powers that be watch Mr. Federline's parenting skills or lack there of as much and as closely as they watch Britney. I am not a fan of either and I think personally it was a mistake for them to procreate but they did and in the end of all this bs it is those two kids that suffer the most. Just my opinion for what it is worth. but I think if Mr. Federline is put under the same scrutiny that Britney is he will fail even faster.

This piece of crap can't work and make a living on his no talent, so he wants the next 18 years or so paid for by Britney. This whole mess is so sickening. 113. I hope Britney goes to Louisiana and gets help there and away from the Pap. The only thing keeping her in LA was shared custody and the CA courts being in charge. There is no reason for Britney to stay in CA anymore. She can come and go to her legal court hearings if she has to but stay away from paps Britney and put yourself in a good private rehab and stay there until you are recovered. We are going to see another funeral if she doesn't take control of her life now.
KFed is unfit too. Shame on the CA judge that did not order KFed to get drug tested also. Was this a MALE judge???? Shame on Gloria Allred for taking KFed's side. Gloria is an unfit grandmother if she thinks KFed is a good father. RETIRE GLORIA. You have let your victims down and no longer should be called a victim's rights attorney. These little boys are victims released to the low life loser KFed with Gloria Allred's help.

116. First, in any custody case anywhere parents have to drug test if someone makes a claim.The media is making it sound like she is the only parent ever to have to do this. Second, did everyone forget that he left his pregnant girlfriend to be with Brit? He is not a model parent he is just not as public with his party ways as she is and possibly everyone on his side sees this as a money making deal. You know keep your mouth shut and we get paid!

118. I hate lawyers they cost me and my family more then I really want to admit. They tell you one thing and do another. My husband is in a wheelchair had a malpratice suit against a doctor and the stupid lawyer who we trusted let the dates slip by that we had to file. Not only that tried to tell us that we had to pay $10,000.00 for a professional witness doctor to testify on my husband's behalf. What! What! Now he is out of millions stuck in a wheelchair and this "LAWYER" is still doing his thing. Lawyers lie, cheat and are just bad for anyone. I am sure there are good lawyers out there but none where we are and California the bad ones are a dime a dozen.

119. Gloria Allred is nothing but a media whore who is constantly insinuating herself into the highly media-covered cases. Last night she and the bodyguard client were on Larry King Live, Greta, Nancy Grace (I think), etc.. She was trying to take credit for this change of custody and her client was never even called to testify, not to mention he worked for Britney back in May and June. Puh-leeze. Go away, Gloria.

All these people that are for KFED to get these children, well why didn't he put up this big fight to get his other children, NOT ENOUGH MONEY INVOLVED TO BE BOTHERED WITH THEM, that would be our guess! Do you think if everyone would just stop crashing on Brit that she would do alright with the kids. I mean like even the richest of the rich raise their children via a nanny. So why is it so wrong for Brit to do this? Everyone just needs to let her alone and KFED needs to add to his name now that we are all KFED-UP with him too.
